Asha is the founder and physiotherapist at Homestretch PT. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton in England. With over 6 years of experience, Asha has worked with a broad spectrum of conditions, ranging from musculoskeletal to neurological issues in both pediatric and adult populations.
Asha is passionate about providing patient-centered care and takes pride in developing customized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. She has a strong interest in understanding and addressing maladaptive movement patterns and focuses on improving gait, balance, and functional mobility. By integrating hands-on techniques with exercise-driven therapy, she empowers her patients to regain independence, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.
